Shipping Policy

Product Availability

The availability of each item we sell on is shown on the product description page, while supplies last. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) By “shipped” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center. We offer some of our items as pre-order and will ship to you as soon as they become available. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.


Exclusions apply to all special offers, including Free Shipping. The minimum purchase amount for each shipping offer does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of Gift Cards or tax. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location and may be applied to Expedited or Overnight Shipping for an upgrade fee. A $10 shipping surcharge on domestic orders applies to customers living outside the contiguous United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping offers do not apply to prior purchases. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply. When shipping to multiple addresses, only shipping to the first address will qualify for shipping offer; Standard Shipping will apply to all other addresses. Shipping offers cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products (hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc.). Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Expedited or Overnight Shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you purchased, we want to make sure you are satisfied, and we work hard to find great items at the lowest price possible, thus no return, only exchange!

Except items price ending with 97 are Final Sale.

We will gladly offer 30 days to exchange any items unopened, unused, in their original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact), and undamaged factory box.


For merchandise in an Easy-Packaging, they must be unused, in original condition, still have original tags and packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number when you return your order for exchange.  The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. 


Returned merchandise for exchange that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Donalala.

We do not offer refunds.
